Position Overview

The Reason For HOPE is a faith-based Pediatric Therapy Center dedicated to providing exceptional care. We are currently in search of enthusiastic, caring, and dedicated Behavior Technicians to join our dynamic team. Our focus is on delivering ABA (Applied Behavior Analysis) therapy and speech therapy services tailored for children facing Autism Spectrum Disorders and other developmental challenges.

What We Provide:

Role Responsibilities:

The Behavior Technician role involves executing personalized educational and behavioral plans developed by Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs), which includes:

  • Providing direct 1:1 and group therapy sessions within a supportive clinic environment.
  • Facilitating the learning of new academic, behavioral, social, and motivational skills.
  • Effectively addressing and reducing challenging or disruptive behaviors.
  • Creating an engaging and enjoyable atmosphere to encourage optimal performance for each child.
  • Collecting and analyzing data on various programs.

Qualifications:

  • Must possess a valid RBT certification and maintain good standing with the BACB.
  • A Bachelor's degree is required.
  • Ideal candidates are bright, dedicated, and compassionate with a strong focus on teamwork.
  • Dependability, trustworthiness, energy, enthusiasm, and a genuine passion for helping children reach their full potential are essential.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Compensation: $15.00 to $18.00 per hour, depending on experience and certification.

  • Bachelor's degree (Preferred)

  • Registered Behavior Technician (Preferred)
