Job Title: ABA Child Interventionist

At Butterfly Effects, we are seeking a passionate and dedicated ABA Child Interventionist to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will work directly with children and families affected by autism, providing individualized ABA therapy and support.

About the Role:

We are looking for a highly motivated and compassionate individual who is passionate about working with children and families. As an ABA Child Interventionist, you will be responsible for developing and implementing individualized treatment plans, providing behavioral interventions, and collaborating with families and other professionals to achieve optimal outcomes.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for children with autism
  • Provide behavioral interventions and support to children and families
  • Collaborate with families and other professionals to achieve optimal outcomes
  • Conduct assessments and evaluations to identify areas of strength and need
  • Develop and implement strategies to promote social, emotional, and behavioral growth
Requirements:
  • Minimum of High School diploma; College coursework a plus
  • Love and passion for working with children
  • Interest in learning and professional development
  • Valid driver's license and personal vehicle
  • Web-enabled device (laptop or tablet)
  • At least 3 weekdays with same availability
  • Positive attitude and strong people skills to work with children and families
Benefits:
  • $18.00 - $25.00 per hour based on experience, education, and certifications
  • In-house training program and coursework with Competency Check to obtain the Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification
