About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Estimating Manager to lead our estimating team and contribute to the success of our clients in the heavy industrial, commercial sectors, and data centers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of 5+ estimators to deliver accurate and timely estimates for large-scale projects.
  • Conduct annual performance reviews to ensure team members are meeting expectations.
  • Review estimates for accuracy, general conditions, and markups to ensure compliance with company standards.
  • Maintain strong relationships with general contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Oversee buyouts, subcontractor contracts, and major equipment purchases to ensure cost-effectiveness and efficiency.
  • Continuously improve estimating processes and collaborate with operations to ensure smooth job turnovers.
Requirements
  • 10+ years of experience in estimating in heavy industrial, commercial sectors, or data centers.
  • Strong background in large-scale HVAC piping, process piping, and plumbing.
  • Familiarity with HVAC equipment, including pumps, boilers, chillers, air handlers, makeup air units, etc.
  • Experience estimating projects $100M+
  • Knowledge of refrigeration piping is advantageous.
  • Modular construction experience is beneficial.
