As a Mechanical Journeyman, you will be responsible for leading project teams of technicians, interacting with customers, and promoting safety and constant communication. You will also be responsible for developing, closing, and managing all types of quoted work. We provide factory certification through our Service Technical Academy (STA) with milestone recognition and monetary rewards and advancement, increased incentive opportunity for executed pull-through work, top-of-the-line technology, equipment, and uniforms, and a #1 focus on employee safety.

We're looking for a skilled craftsman with practical working experience in the HVAC plumbing, pipefitting, and/or mechanical equipment service industry. You must be able to pass a satisfactory examination as to your special skill. We offer a comprehensive benefits package, competitive pay, and a collaborative team environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead project teams of technicians
  • Interact with customers and promote safety and constant communication
  • Develop, close, and manage all types of quoted work
  • Pass a satisfactory examination as to your special skill

Requirements:

  • Requires Mechanical Journeyman status
  • Experience in residential/light commercial/commercial HVAC and mechanical troubleshooting
  • Knowledge of boiler and steam operations
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • Overtime will be available in this position
  • Must be able to pass a background check and have a valid driver's license
