Job Title: Pharmacy Manager

Soleo Health Inc is seeking a highly skilled Pharmacy Manager to lead our Altamonte Springs, FL Specialty Home Infusion Pharmacy. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the overall management of the pharmacy and ensuring the delivery of high-quality pharmacy services to our customers and patients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Direct and manage pharmacy operations to ensure effective and efficient delivery of services.
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to pharmacy staff, including pharmacists, technicians, and interns.
  • Ensure accurate and timely preparation and dispensing of medications and solutions.
  • Conduct patient assessments and develop individualized plans of care.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and ensure adherence to quality standards.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of services.
Requirements:
  • Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm D) professional degree.
  • Applicable state licensure in good standing.
  • Minimum 7 years of pharmacy experience, preferably in specialty pharmacy or home infusion.
  • At least 1 year of supervisory experience.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
