About the Role

The Analytics Manager will serve as the subject matter expert for pharmacy analytics, bridging the gap between pharmacy data and healthcare-related data sets. This role will manage the quality, insights, and distribution of reporting for Rx Plus and Expedien Rx pharmacies, the two largest outpatient pharmacy operations in the health system.

Key Responsibilities
  • Strategic Analytics Vision: Support and inform the strategic analytics vision for corporate pharmacy teams.
  • Data Collection and Analysis: Direct, guide, and support the analytics team to collect digital metrics from various pharmacy-related clinical, operational, and financial systems.
  • Leading-Edge Analytics Techniques: Identify and recommend leading-edge data analytics techniques and measurement solutions to demonstrate value and effectiveness of digital activities.
  • Data Synthesis and KPIs: Collect, compile, and synthesize data to help the organization develop and understand key performance indicators (KPIs) and other thresholds for success.
  • Customer Service and Collaboration: Provide outstanding customer service and work closely with customers, colleagues, and stakeholders to identify and maximize opportunities to leverage digital technologies.
  • Data-Driven Strategies: Develop data-driven strategies to support digital growth planning and create decision-support systems that demonstrate digital effectiveness.
  • Communication and Training: Communicate data clearly in written and oral form and provide advice to ensure digital projects can be measured and analyzed. Lead coordination of data management and systems trainings for team members.
Qualifications
  • Education and Experience: Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, IT, Math, Business, or a related field with 8 years of relevant experience. Masters degree preferred or equivalent.
