Key Responsibilities- Assist pharmacists with medication preparation and dispensing, inventory management, and regulatory compliance.
- Perform duties necessary for the effective daily operation of all department services and programs.
- Accurately respond to medication dispensing requests, prepare medications for pharmacist review, deliver checked medications, and return unused or expired medications to appropriate pharmacy areas.
- Actively participate in outstanding customer service and maintain relationships that are equally respectful to all.
- High School Grad or Equivalent.
- Applicable State Pharmacy Technician Registration (RPT) or Current, valid State Pharmacist Intern license if applicable to state.
- Sterile Compounding Certification, if applicable per state legislation.
- Preferred: Current certification from Pharmacy Technician Certification Board (PTCB) or from the Institute for the Certification of Pharmacy Technicians (ICPT).
