- Create a monthly closing schedule and confirm with headquarters regarding global closing timelines.
- Prepare business plan reports and year-end evaluation documents.
- Review business plan policies and communicate schedules while consolidating data.
- Prepare materials for business plan review meetings and summarize relevant data.
- Analyze each business line and compile necessary data.
- Summarize year-end evaluation reports in collaboration with HR for bonus calculations.
What You'll Bring:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field.
- 3 to 5 years of accounting experience with a solid understanding of accounting department functions.
- Proficiency in Excel, Word, Outlook, and accounting software such as SAP, WING, or QuickBooks.
- Strong analytical skills to conduct research and develop advanced reporting methods.
- Experience in training junior accounting staff.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with all levels of the accounting team and present to small groups.
