Overview

  • Distribute financial reports to executive leadership.
  • Reconcile monthly financial statements and conduct audits as necessary.
  • Audit accounts payable and receivable.

  • Complete parent company reports utilizing monthly financial data.
  • Develop a quarterly database for financial reporting.
  • Create a monthly closing schedule and confirm with headquarters regarding global closing timelines.
  • Prepare business plan reports and year-end evaluation documents.
  • Review business plan policies and communicate schedules while consolidating data.
  • Prepare materials for business plan review meetings and summarize relevant data.
  • Analyze each business line and compile necessary data.
  • Summarize year-end evaluation reports in collaboration with HR for bonus calculations.
Qualifications

What You'll Bring:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field.
  • 3 to 5 years of accounting experience with a solid understanding of accounting department functions.
  • Proficiency in Excel, Word, Outlook, and accounting software such as SAP, WING, or QuickBooks.
  • Strong analytical skills to conduct research and develop advanced reporting methods.
  • Experience in training junior accounting staff.
  • Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with all levels of the accounting team and present to small groups.
