Position Overview:
We are currently seeking an Operations Support Specialist to join our operations services center. This role is vital in ensuring client order processing aligns with our company values and objectives.


The Operations Support Specialist plays a crucial role in maintaining high levels of client satisfaction while offering guidance and support to our extensive team of over 1,800 employees who collaborate closely with our clients daily.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Evaluate client requirements through active listening and analytical skills to ensure precise and efficient order fulfillment.
  • Allocate appropriate resources, including field personnel and equipment, to client orders with a focus on safety and minimal disruption.
  • Promptly investigate client concerns to implement timely and effective resolutions.
  • Utilize de-escalation strategies to address issues involving clients and employees with empathy.
  • Serve as a liaison between external staff and internal operations by fostering trust, addressing concerns, and building strong relationships.
  • Contribute significantly to special projects aimed at enhancing operational efficiency, innovation, and reinforcing Flagger Force's status as an industry leader.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with all departments within the Operations Service Center, Field Operations, and Corporate Services.
