The Customer Service Specialist role is pivotal in delivering a superior and engaging experience to our partners, including auction and dealer associates, as well as our internal teams.

Your main responsibilities will focus on ensuring the success of our dealer partners by effectively managing the coordination of our floorplan loans.

The ideal candidate will possess a positive attitude, excellent listening abilities, and outstanding communication skills, both spoken and written. You will play a crucial role in shaping the partner experience we are committed to developing at Kinetic Advantage.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Handle incoming calls from dealers promptly and efficiently.
  • Gain a comprehensive understanding of Kinetic Advantage's policies and procedures relevant to your responsibilities, ensuring compliance with established guidelines.
  • Utilize your experience to refine work methods concerning floorplan advances and enhance the overall partner experience.
  • Complete additional tasks as assigned.

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent is required.
  • A minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in the floorplan, automotive, or auction sectors, or with the Bureau of Motor Vehicles.

Essential Skills:
  • Ability to build trust and foster relationships over the phone, effectively communicating with a diverse range of individuals.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or similar software.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and customer service capabilities.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, including the ability to ask insightful questions to thoroughly understand the needs of our dealer partners.
  • Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
  • Professional maturity to manage sensitive information and situations with discretion.
  • Ability to excel in a fast-paced and occasionally high-pressure environment.
  • Bilingual skills are a plus but not mandatory.
