Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage store operations, including scheduling, inventory management, and visual merchandising.
  • Oversee the daily disciplines of the Operations Manager, including completing pulls and markdowns, monitoring layaway procedures, and answering store internal and external phone lines.
  • Develop and maintain knowledge of Point of Sale (POS) software and ensure accurate processing of transactions.
  • Lead onboarding and selection activities, including monitoring hiring dashboards and completing onboarding with new teammates.
  • Complete inventory reviews, including year-end inventory, and maintain accurate records.
  • Develop and implement visual merchandising strategies to drive sales and enhance the store environment.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, resolving issues and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; related retail experience and/or training preferred.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including mornings, evenings, and weekends, and holidays as needed.
  • Physical ability to lift and maneuver 50lbs throughout the store and backroom.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with teammates and management.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
