About the Job

We are seeking a skilled Associate Field Supt EI to join our team at Schindler Elevator Corporation. In this role, you will be responsible for managing a team of field technicians, developing quality control processes, and collaborating with the local sales team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of field technicians to maintain and repair elevators
  • Implement quality control processes to ensure high standards of service delivery
  • Support the local sales team in estimating service orders and scheduling repairs
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Business with prior technical sales experience
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in the elevator industry or related building systems industry
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
Compensation

The salary range for this role is $85,700 to $107,100 depending on experience, and we also offer comprehensive benefits including fully vested 401k match, medical, dental, and vision plans, and tuition reimbursement.
