**About the Role:**

Avenue5 Residential is seeking a skilled Maintenance Supervisor to oversee the day-to-day maintenance operations and physical upkeep of our properties. As a key member of our team, you will ensure compliance with company policies, local, state, and federal regulations.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Manage daily maintenance tasks, including service requests and unit make-ready standards.
  • Review and track progress of service requests and identify chronic maintenance issues.
  • Perform various maintenance functions, including repairs to electrical, plumbing, appliances, flooring, carpentry, HVAC, grounds maintenance.
  • Conduct daily inspections of property grounds, buildings, and common area amenities to maintain safety and cleanliness standards.
  • Oversee and assist with management of property emergencies, such as snow and other inclement weather emergencies, fires, and floods.
  • Promptly communicate with maintenance supervisor and property manager concerning all maintenance issues at the property.

**Requirements:**

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • At least three years of experience in the property management industry or directly related field.
  • General maintenance and carpentry skills.
  • Ability to read, write, and understand English.
  • Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
