Program Manager

As a Program Manager at DHL Supply Chain, you will play a key role in driving operational efficiency and achieving overall sector initiatives. Your responsibilities will include developing the Performance Engineering team and related programs to support Continuous Improvement opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Direct and improve Labor Management systems and programs, including site audits, reporting, project management, and staff management activities.
  • Evaluate Labor Management programs and develop, improve, and expand program capabilities.
  • Develop reporting tools and ensure consistent reporting, communication, and documentation related to Labor Management Systems and Programs.
  • Lead and direct continuous improvement projects and implementations of solutions.
  • Manage Ops Performance Manager, Lead Engineers, and People management responsibilities.
  • Develop and execute the CI roadmap that aligns with sector strategy, accounting for internal and external process and financial improvement.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations Management, Logistics, Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, Systems, or related field.
  • 6+ years of experience in supply chain, distribution, or related fields.
  • 1+ years of project management experience.
  • 1+ years of managing exempt-level associates.
