Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Management: Oversee all subcontractors and trades to ensure projects are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Schedule Management: Develop and manage project schedules to ensure timely completion.
  • Assurance Program: Implement and manage assurance programs to ensure quality and safety standards are met.
  • Safety Program: Develop and implement safety programs to ensure a safe working environment.
  • Project Constructability and Value Engineering: Identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements.
  • Material and Equipment Management: Manage material and equipment procurement and distribution.
  • Job Closeout and Owner Occupancy Training: Ensure projects are completed to the satisfaction of our clients and provide training to ensure smooth handover.
  • Meetings and Reporting: Conduct regular meetings with stakeholders to ensure projects are on track and provide regular reporting on project progress.
  • Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or Engineering, or at least 5 years of commercial construction experience.
