Job Title: Security Supervisor

Securitas Security Services USA, Inc. is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Security Supervisor to join our team. As a Security Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the security operations at our client sites, ensuring the safety and security of personnel, assets, and property.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of security personnel, including scheduling, training, and performance evaluations.
  • Conduct regular site visits to ensure compliance with security protocols and procedures.
  • Develop and implement security plans and procedures to mitigate risks and ensure the safety of personnel and assets.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their security needs and develop customized security solutions.
  • Monitor and report on security incidents, including accidents, injuries, and property damage.
  • Provide training and guidance to security personnel on security procedures, protocols, and best practices.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports, including incident reports, training records, and performance evaluations.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in security management or a related field.
  • Proven track record of success in security management, including experience with security protocols, procedures, and best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, security personnel, and other stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects.
  • Valid driver's license and ability to travel to client sites as needed.
