**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced FSA Supervisor to join our team at Weitz and Luxenberg PC. As a key member of our banking operations team, you will be responsible for supervising and coordinating the activities of our teller staff and ensuring that our customers receive prompt and courteous quality service.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of the banking center teller staff and operations.
  • Audit accounts, records of proof, and certification to ensure compliance with established standard procedures and practices.
  • Assist with interviewing, hiring, and mentoring of new tellers.
  • Ensure that tellers participate in staff meetings and adhere to all bank regulatory standards, policies, and security procedures.
  • Open and close CDs and accounts.

**Requirements**

  • Candidate must be self-motivated and able to work independently.
  • Ability to organize tasks, cross-sell, meet product sales goals, and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent communication skills, coaching ability, and problem-solving skills.

**Preferred Qualifications**

  • Previous supervisory experience within a retail operation.
  • PC skills, including Microsoft Office.
