Job Title: Quality Engineering Manager

Sanmina Corporation, a leading integrated manufacturing solutions provider, seeks a highly skilled Quality Engineering Manager to join our team. As a key member of our quality department, you will be responsible for developing and implementing quality systems, driving continuous improvement, and ensuring compliance with industry standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and mentor a team of quality engineers and inspectors to ensure effective quality planning, process control, and supplier quality management.
  • Develop and implement quality systems, including process flowcharts, FMEA's, control plans, CAPA, RCCA, and 8D.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement, including lean manufacturing and six sigma methodologies.
  • Ensure compliance with ISO 9001:2015 and AS9100:2016 standards, including internal audits and certification.
  • Manage and improve supplier quality, including supplier selection, qualification, and performance monitoring.
  • Develop and track key quality-related performance indicators (KPIs), including first pass yield and scrap rates.
Requirements:
  • 8+ years of experience in quality engineering or a related field, with a strong track record of success in semiconductor capital equipment.
  • Strong customer presence, including the ability to listen and build positive relationships with customers.
  • Demonstrated track record of developing skills in team members to create a high-performance group.
  • Experience with reading and interpreting GD&T requirements, as well as quality tools including process flowcharts, FMEA's, control plans, CAPA, RCCA, and 8D.
  • Experience working in an ISO 9001 certified environment, with AS9100 a plus.
  • Certified Green or Black belt a plus.
  • Internal audit experience a plus.
