**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Oversee the coordination and preparation of inbound and outbound shipments.
  • Complete routine shipment status and temperature data reports to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
  • Support non-GXP operations and material handling for various departments, promoting a seamless workflow.
  • Implement 5S and other organizational techniques to maintain a clean, safe, and efficient warehouse environment.
  • Collaborate with the Facilities team to optimize material storage and flow, maximizing productivity and minimizing waste.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, seeking feedback for continuous improvement and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Communicate effectively with service providers and adapt to business needs, ensuring a high level of service quality.

**Qualifications:**

  • 3+ years of experience in supply chain or material handling, with a bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Experience in cGDP and cGMP environments, with a strong understanding of regulatory requirements.
  • Organized, adaptable, and able to thrive in a fast-paced setting, with strong problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication skills and customer service focus, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • IATA and DOT Hazardous Material Certification, with proficiency in Microsoft Office and industry-relevant software.

**Physical Requirements:**

  • Ability to handle extended periods of sitting/standing and moderate noise levels, with a focus on maintaining a safe and healthy work environment.
  • Work is performed in both warehouse and office environments, requiring flexibility and adaptability.
