Job Summary

Under the direction of the Director-Business Services, the successful candidate will perform specialized and complex work in the control and monitoring of assigned District budgets, establish, analyze and maintain accurate and auditable fiscal records, and generate budgetary and statistical reports.

Responsibilities

  • Monitor and control assigned District budgets
  • Establish and maintain accurate and auditable fiscal records
  • Generate budgetary and statistical reports
  • Ensure compliance with applicable laws, codes and regulations

Requirements

  • Any combination equivalent to: graduation from high school supplemented by college-level course work in accounting, finance or a related field
  • Three years of responsible experience in financial record-keeping, bookkeeping or accounting
