We are seeking a Contract Administrator (CM Project Administrator) to manage project documents, prepare project files and administrative records for final closeout and retention, and perform a broad range of administrative duties, including procurements, billings, insurance, badging, and compliance.

Work with the project management team to ensure project compliance with client, city, state, and Federal contractual terms.

Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant discipline such as Architecture, Engineering, Business, or Legal field is required.

Experience with project management software and certifications for document control professionals are preferred.
