Job Title: Field Support Specialist

Bechtel Corporation is seeking a highly skilled Field Support Specialist to join our team. As a Field Support Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Work in a confidential manner to maintain the confidentiality of employee and project files.
  • Perform administrative duties, including composing routine correspondence and coordinating activities.
  • Assist in filing, copying, scanning, and faxing documents.
  • Answer telephone calls, take messages, and transfer calls.
  • Check the quality of your work.
  • Assist in coordinating meeting arrangements and catering services for department functions.
  • Order project or department supplies and maintain the supply cabinet.
  • Assist in distributing incoming and outgoing documents.
  • Stay up-to-date with project and department systems, services relevant to your area of responsibility, and project process improvements, procedures, and practices.
  • Process a variety of procedural steps in accordance with well-defined procedures and guidelines.
  • Assist in data entry using project databases within your assigned department.
  • Be punctual and maintain a dependable level of attendance in accordance with project work rules.
  • Adhere to all safety procedures.
