About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Environmental Engineer to join our team at The LiRo Group. As a key member of our environmental consulting team, you will be responsible for performing a wide range of environmental engineering analysis and design tasks.

Key Responsibilities
  • Environmental Site Investigation: Conduct subsurface and hazardous materials investigations to identify potential environmental risks.
  • Remediation Design: Design and implement remediation strategies to mitigate environmental hazards.
  • Project Management: Oversee the development of project plans, design calculations, and specifications to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of environmental services.
  • Client Coordination: Collaborate with clients and regulatory agencies to ensure compliance with environmental regulations and standards.
  • Technical Expertise: Utilize advanced technical skills to analyze and interpret environmental data, and provide solutions to complex technical and contractual issues.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Environmental Engineering or Science.
  • Experience: 10+ years of experience in environmental engineering or consulting.
  • Certifications: NJ PE required; NJ LSRP a plus.
  • Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills, ability to multitask and meet deadlines, and ability to provide guidance to junior engineers and scientists.
