Position Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant to join our compassionate team at Sodus Rehab & Nursing Center.

Compensation:
New Rate: Up To $20/hr

Work Schedule:
- Day Shift
- Evening Shift
- Night Shift
- Monday to Friday

Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- Minimum of 1 Year of Relevant Experience

Licensure Requirements:
- Must hold a valid MA State Certification as a Nurse's Aide.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist residents with mobility and transfers.
- Provide feeding assistance and serve refreshments.
- Manage bedpans and maintain resident hygiene.
- Change linens and ensure cleanliness.
- Administer baths and support personal care routines.
- Aid residents in dressing and undressing.
- Participate in rehabilitation programs.
- Collect specimens and monitor vital signs.
- Observe and report changes in residents' conditions.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation.
- Attend mandatory training sessions.
- Clean and maintain equipment as directed.
- Adhere to safety and security protocols.
- Report any incidents or hazards immediately.
- Uphold confidentiality of resident information.
