Work Schedule:

  • Day, Evening, and Night Shifts Available

Location: One Facility

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent
  • Minimum of 1 Year of Relevant Experience

Licensure:

MUST hold MA State Certification as a Nursing Aide.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist residents with mobility and transfers between bed, toilet, chair, and stretcher.
  • Provide feeding assistance and serve nourishment.
  • Manage bedpans and urinals for residents.
  • Ensure cleanliness and comfort for incontinent residents, including changing linens.
  • Administer bed baths, tub baths, and maintain skin care.
  • Support residents in dressing and undressing.
  • Participate in bowel and bladder rehabilitation programs.
  • Collect specimens and track intake and output.
  • Monitor vital signs such as temperature, pulse, and respiration.
  • Report any changes in residents' conditions to the Charge Nurse.
  • Document activities in the aide book at the nurses' station.
  • Attend mandatory in-service training sessions.
  • Maintain cleanliness of equipment and service areas.
  • Adhere to organizational policies and safety protocols.
  • Report any accidents or hazardous situations immediately.
  • Ensure confidentiality of resident and organizational information.
