Job Summary

Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and manage project activities, including field coordination, quality control, and safety protocols.
  • Develop and implement project plans, schedules, and budgets.
  • Manage and maintain project documentation, including submittals, RFIs, and change orders.
  • Collaborate with project team members, including engineers, architects, and contractors, to ensure project deliverables are met.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks, and develop contingency plans as needed.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction, Civil, or Architectural Engineering, or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum two years of related experience in construction project management.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management software.
