Key Responsibilities:- Manage inventory and procurement of cleaning supplies while adhering to departmental budget constraints.
- Ensure all cleaning apparatus is well-maintained and coordinate necessary repairs.
- Monitor and document the work completed by housekeeping staff, addressing any maintenance or damage issues promptly.
- Lead the recruitment and training processes for housekeeping personnel to uphold our cleanliness and service standards.
- Supervise daily operations of the housekeeping team, ensuring thorough cleaning of guest accommodations and public spaces.
- Demonstrated leadership, organizational, and customer service abilities.
- A minimum of three years in a supervisory role within housekeeping or a related field.

- A high school diploma or GED is required.
