Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Business Development Professional for Logistics to join our sales team in Houston, TX. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing strategic relationships with existing and prospective customers, identifying new business opportunities, and achieving revenue targets.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and expand our client base
  • Establish strong relationships with current and prospective customers to drive revenue growth and customer satisfaction
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify new business opportunities and develop targeted sales plans
  • Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand customer requirements and provide tailored logistics solutions
  • Deliver exceptional customer service to ensure high levels of satisfaction and retention
Requirements
  • MINIMUM OF 3 YEARS OF SALES EXPERIENCE IN TRANSPORTATION OR LOGISTICS
  • PROVEN TRACK RECORD OF ACHIEVING REVENUE TARGETS AND DRIVING BUSINESS GROWTH
  • EXCELLENT COMMUNICATION AND NEGOTIATION SKILLS
  • ABILITY TO WORK IN A FAST-PACED ENVIRONMENT AND MEET DEADLINES UNDER PRESSURE
  • VALID DRIVER'S LICENSE FOR LOCAL TRAVEL (25% OF TIME)
