Salary and BenefitsWe offer a competitive estimated salary of $26/hr based on experience and education. Our comprehensive benefits package includes Tuition Reimbursement, Health Insurance, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, Short- and Long-term disability, 401k Plan, generous PTO, and 8 paid holidays (2 floating).
Job Responsibilities
- Manage daily opening and closing procedures of the office.
- Welcome patients and visitors, ensuring a professional atmosphere.
- Assist with scheduling, appointment reminders, and co-pay collections.
- Build and maintain patient records in the EMR system.
- Assist with quality assurance surveys and prevention screenings.
- Protect patient privacy in compliance with HIPAA guidelines.
Requirements
- High School diploma with at least 1 year of experience.
- Excellent communication skills and customer service experience.
- Spanish speaking is preferred.
- Willingness to float to all of our Nassau County locations.
