Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify and develop targeted marketing plans to reach middle-market clients.
  • Prospect and network with potential clients to identify qualified leads and make initial contacts.
  • Secure appointments with prospective and existing clients to discuss sales, conservation, and service opportunities.
  • Prepare thoroughly for all appointments using established processes and consultative practices.
  • Effectively sell insurance and investment solutions to clients.
  • Plan and schedule sales, marketing, and service activities for the week and foreseeable future.

  • Maintain personal contact with clients to ensure their evolving financial needs are being met.
  • Engage in continuous professional development to enhance skills and knowledge.

Qualifications:

Educational Requirements:
  • Minimum high school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
Computer Skills and Knowledge:
  • Working knowledge of word processing and spreadsheet applications.
  • Working knowledge of internet and email.
Certifications & Licenses:
  • State Life and Health license prior to hire.
  • FINRA SIE, Series 6, and Series 63 within one year of employment.
Position Demands:
  • Access to an automobile and ability to maintain a valid driver's license.
