Key Responsibilities- Communicate with patients and staff to gather necessary demographic, insurance, and clinical information.
- Enter patient information into appropriate databases and seek resources to resolve issues related to procedure scheduling.
- Coordinate and communicate schedules to ensure efficient use of patient time and clinical resources.
- Assist with insurance pre-authorization and provide counseling to patients on pre-service requirements.
