Talent Development Lead Opportunity

AgroLiquid is seeking a seasoned professional to drive organizational growth and talent development. As the Talent Development Lead, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of agriculture by advancing AgroLiquid's talent to new heights.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with managers and directors to identify future leaders and create career pathing plans.
  • Coordinate, monitor, and track succession opportunities in alignment with career pathing plans.
  • Implement and manage competency-based job descriptions and processes to measure outcomes, identify skill gaps, and align teams with organizational goals.
  • Create synergy between talent acquisition and development efforts.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in organizational and talent development, with a focus on succession planning, career pathing, and training organization.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field and 5+ years of relevant experience preferred.
  • Experience managing recruitment teams or developing strategic plans linking recruitment to talent development.
  • Strong organizational, planning, project management, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, facilitation, and influencing skills.
  • Creative, conceptual, and analytical thinking abilities.
