CoreSite is seeking an experienced Enterprise Application Administrator to join our team. As a key member of our information technology team, this individual will be responsible for the administration of critical enterprise applications that support our business operations.
Key Responsibilities- Install and upgrade enterprise applications as needed to support strategic projects
- Maintain systems by applying system updates and upgrades
- Coordinate with support vendors to ensure resolution of various types of support requests
- Collaborate with various teams to troubleshoot application issues
- Track and manage internal support requests to ensure timely resolution of issues
- Administer user access for key enterprise applications
- Develop and modify monitoring and alerting frameworks to support technology solutions
- Communicate with application user bases when issues arise
- Participate in regular audit and compliance activities to ensure the integrity of our systems
- Special projects as assigned
- Ability to thrive in a hybrid work environment that consists of at least two onsite days in a downtown office per week for in-person team collaboration
- Team and customer service orientation while working well as part of a group
- Pivot easily within a constantly changing Agile environment
- Self-starting, self-motivated, driven individual
- Strong troubleshooting skills
- Strong ability to communicate with various teams at both the technical and business levels
- 3+ years experience administering a Microsoft Windows environment
- 3+ years experience in a technical support role
- 2+ years experience with application installation and configuration
- Experience with Microsoft SQL Server preferred
- Experience with JD Edwards, MuleSoft, and/or Salesforce preferred
- Certifications a plus (Microsoft, A+, Security+, AWS, etc.)
