About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional to join our team as a Development Manager at Medi-Weightloss. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the implementation and administration of all policies and procedures of the clinic, including clinical, financial, operational, personnel, and administrative functions.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in health and wellness, with experience in clinic management, nutrition, and exercise. You will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing staff, and ensuring the highest level of quality care for our patients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and oversee all aspects of clinic operations, including front desk, medical assisting, nutritional counseling, and clinic management.
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Provide training and coaching to staff on performance and professional development.
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
  • Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement business strategies to drive growth and revenue.
  • Ensure accurate and timely completion of administrative tasks, including data entry, patient scheduling, and insurance verification.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a healthcare or wellness setting.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with patients, staff, and management.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and responsibilities.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve issues in a timely and effective manner.
