About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional to join our team as a Health and Wellness Manager at Medi-Weightloss. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the implementation and administration of all policies and procedures of the clinic, including clinical, financial, operational, personnel, and administrative functions.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in health and wellness, with experience in clinic management, patient care, and medical assisting. You will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing staff, and ensuring the highest level of quality care for our patients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and oversee all aspects of clinic operations, including front desk, medical assisting, nutritional counseling, and clinic management.
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to patients, staff, and vendors.
  • Manage and supervise staff, including training, development, and performance evaluations.
  • Ensure accurate and timely documentation of patient records and clinic operations.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as health administration, business, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in clinic management, patient care, or medical assisting.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
  • Knowledge of medical terminology and procedures.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
