Job Summary:

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Home Health Aide to join our team. As a Home Health Aide, you will provide essential care and support to our clients in the comfort of their own homes. Your primary responsibility will be to assist clients with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming, while also promoting their physical and emotional well-being.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide personal care and support to clients, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Assist clients with daily living activities, such as meal preparation, light housekeeping, and laundry
  • Encourage clients to engage in physical and mental activities, such as exercise, reading, and social interactions
  • Monitor clients' physical and emotional condition, reporting any changes or concerns to the nursing supervisor
  • Communicate effectively with clients, family members, and healthcare professionals
Requirements:
  • 75-hour Home Health Aide Certificate or valid Florida CNA License
  • 18 years of age or older
  • CPR certification
  • Pass a drug screening
  • Valid driver's license and current auto insurance
Working Conditions:

Standard use of work station, frequent bending and standing

Background Checks:

A criminal history background check and sex offender registry check will be required for the finalist under consideration for this position.
