Key Responsibilities- Lead a team of retail professionals to achieve sales, revenue, and customer experience goals
- Develop and implement operational strategies to ensure compliance with company standards
- Effectively communicate and participate in the achievement of sales targets, including new activations, upgrades, and accessory sales
- Provide coaching, mentoring, and inspiration to team members on salesmanship, customer experience, and operational efficiency
- Ensure the store is staffed appropriately and that all scheduled shifts are recorded
- Participate in special projects as needed
- 2-3 years' retail and management experience
- Experience in the wireless or electronics sectors is an asset
- Proven ability to drive sales and service while achieving operational standards
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Customer service orientation, sense of urgency, detail-oriented, problem solver, and results-focused
- Computer aptitude with proficiency in Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, Outlook
- Ability to work evenings and weekends
- Competitive hourly pay plus uncapped commission
