Job Description

At Smart Consulting Solutions Inc, we're seeking a skilled Wireless Retail Sales Associate to deliver exceptional customer experiences and drive sales growth. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for cultivating positive relationships with customers, processing sales transactions, and staying up-to-date on product knowledge and promotions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Cultivate Customer Relationships: Build trust with customers through empathetic listening, tailored solutions, and relationship-building.
  • Process Sales Transactions: Achieve sales goals by processing transactions efficiently and effectively.
  • Stay Current on Product Knowledge: Utilize extensive product knowledge and expertise to support customers and stay updated through ongoing learning and certifications.
  • Drive Sales Growth: Stay current on promotional initiatives and contribute to profitable growth during critical business drive times.
  • Engage in Customer Consultations: Engage with customers in-store to uncover deeper needs and establish lasting relationships.
  • Embrace a Learning Culture: Continuously improve existing skills and acquire new ones to enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain Merchandising and Readiness: Maintain merchandising and readiness in the assigned department, providing feedback on products and customer engagement.
  • Act as a Subject Matter Expert: Act as a trusted subject matter expert and brand advocate for specified vendor product assortment.
  • Coach and Train Coworkers: Coach and train coworkers on new vendor technology and services.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal skills for effective communication with diverse customer groups and peers.
  • Adaptability: Resourceful and adaptable to changing priorities.
  • Self-Starter: Self-starter with the ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
  • Schedule Availability: Flexible schedule availability, including day, evening, and/or weekends.
