RN - Registered Nurse - Forest City - FT Nights

The Good Samaritan Society is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team at our Forest City location. As a RN, you will be responsible for providing individualized nursing care to residents, collaborating with the interdisciplinary team to plan and implement care, and utilizing the nursing process to assess, diagnose, and evaluate resident needs.
Responsibilities- Provide direct care to residents, including administering medications, performing treatments, and providing wound care.
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Assess and evaluate resident needs, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed.
- Communicate effectively with residents, families, and healthcare team members to ensure seamless care delivery.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance resident care and satisfaction.
- Graduate from a nationally accredited nursing program.
- Currently holds an unencumbered RN license with the State Board of Nursing.
- Obtains and maintains required department-specific competencies and certifications.
