RN - Registered Nurse - Forest City - FT Days

The Good Samaritan Society is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team at our Forest City location. As a RN, you will be responsible for providing individualized nursing care to residents, collaborating with the interdisciplinary team to plan and implement care, and demonstrating expertise in nursing practice.
Responsibilities- Provide high-quality nursing care to residents, including assessment, diagnosis, outcomes/planning, implementation, and evaluation.
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Delegate tasks to licensed and unlicensed assistive personnel as needed.
- Provide education and support to residents and their families.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and maintain accurate records.
- Graduate from a nationally accredited nursing program.
- Currently holds an unencumbered RN license in the state where the practice of nursing is occurring.
- Obtains and maintains required department-specific competencies and certifications.
