Registered Nurse

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse to join our team at the Good Samaritan Society in Forest City, IA. As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for providing individualized nursing care to residents, collaborating with the interdisciplinary team to plan and implement care, and demonstrating competency in nursing practice.
Responsibilities- Provide direct care to residents, including assessment, diagnosis, outcomes/planning, implementation, and evaluation
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to plan and implement care
- Delegate tasks to licensed and unlicensed assistive personnel as needed
- Provide education and support to residents and their families
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and maintain accurate records
- Graduate from a nationally accredited nursing program
- Currently holds an unencumbered RN license in the state of practice
- Obtains and maintains required department-specific competencies and certifications
