The Good Samaritan Society is seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse to join our team in Forest City. As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care, collaborating with interdisciplinary colleagues, and promoting a positive and supportive work environment.
Responsibilities- Provide individualized nursing care to residents, utilizing the nursing process to assess, diagnose, and develop care plans.
- Collaborate with residents, families, and healthcare teams to plan, implement, and evaluate care.
- Delegate tasks to licensed and unlicensed assistive personnel, ensuring safe and reliable administration of resident care.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to a culture of excellence in patient care.
- Graduate from a nationally accredited nursing program.
- Currently holds an unencumbered RN license with the State Board of Nursing.
- Obtains and maintains required department-specific competencies and certifications.
