About the Role

Home of the Innocents is seeking a skilled Help Desk Analyst to join our team. As a valued member of our organization, you will play a critical role in supporting our IT infrastructure and providing top-notch technical support to our staff and clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide on-site and off-site technical support for computer users
  • Maintain daily computer operations and troubleshoot technology-related issues
  • Perform help desk tracking and reporting, and offer first-level IT assistance for end-user issues
  • Monitor and manage help desk work order priorities, and set up and implement new hardware and software
  • Install, configure, and set up workstations, printers, and peripherals, and maintain assigned work areas in a safe and attractive manner
Requirements
  • Associate degree in Computer Technology or related field preferred
  • Working knowledge of windows-based desktop operating systems (Windows 7 and above)
  • Proficiency using Microsoft Office 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Working knowledge of networked computer environment
  • Experience in adopting new technology (hardware and/or software)
  • Previous experience troubleshooting and repairing computer hardware preferred
  • Ability to interact tactfully with personnel, residents, family members, visitors, government agencies, and the general public
  • Willingness to seek out and incorporate new methods and principles into existing information management practices
