Overview

Bright Horizons is a leading provider of high-quality childcare and early education services. We are seeking an experienced CCaaS (Contact Center as a Service) Architect to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and supporting complex contact center solutions.

About the Role

We are looking for a highly skilled CCaaS expert with a strong background in software application architecture. You will be responsible for translating business requirements into technical designs, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring seamless integration with existing systems. Your expertise in CCaaS technology, including Genesys Cloud, will enable us to deliver exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and implement CCaaS solutions that meet business requirements and optimize customer interactions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration with existing systems.
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation, including architecture diagrams and design documents.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to internal stakeholders and external partners.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies, recommending innovative solutions to improve our contact center operations.

Requirements and Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in software application architecture, with a focus on CCaaS technology.
  • Proven track record of designing and implementing complex contact center solutions.
  • Expertise in Genesys Cloud, including cloud-based telephony systems and CRM integrations.
  • Strong understanding of API protocols, API design, and software development principles.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to analyze complex problems and develop creative solutions.

Compensation and Benefits

The salary range for this position is $100,000-$115,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
