Role Responsibilities:

  • Lead the execution and enhancement of established manufacturing protocols and operational guidelines.
  • Ensure the integrity of the device history records for all Firestorm products, focusing on precision in data management and workflow processes.
  • Oversee the purchasing lifecycle for all company acquisitions, managing the necessary systems and databases for effective tracking and reconciliation.
  • Administer both controlled and uncontrolled inventory, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
  • Engage in negotiations with third-party suppliers regarding delivery schedules and pricing structures.
  • Develop strategic plans to scale manufacturing operations and collaborate on joint initiatives with external partners.
  • Generate and monitor purchase orders from initiation through to payment completion.
  • Manage all aspects of shipping and receiving operations.

Qualifications:

  • A Bachelor's Degree in engineering, business, accounting, or project management, or equivalent professional experience.
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in leading manufacturing planning efforts, with a preference for candidates with 3 or more years.
  • Proven experience in sourcing components for electro-mechanical products.
  • Strong ability to cultivate and maintain effective relationships with suppliers.

Preferred Skills:

  • Possession of a PMP certification.

Additional Requirements:

  • Capability to lift up to 30 lbs.
  • Eligibility to obtain and maintain a security clearance.
  • Understanding of local labor regulations and adherence to company policies.
  • Must be a US Citizen to qualify for security clearance.

Compensation: Salary range is between $100,000 and $125,000.
