About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Program Manager to lead the delivery of critical and complex technology initiatives for Sam's Club. As a key member of our eCommerce team, you will be responsible for spearheading projects that drive business growth and improve the shopping experience for our members.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead cross-functional teams to identify, plan, and execute innovative solutions for our members.
  • Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets, regularly monitoring and reporting on progress to senior leadership.
  • Collaborate with engineering management and stakeholders to ensure project success.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement, driving process enhancements and best practices for project management across the organization.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with business partners and external vendors.
Requirements
  • Deep experience in software engineering and technical program management.
  • Enthusiasm and an intrapreneurial spirit to drive rapid program execution within a complex enterprise.
  • Experience in retail eCommerce, B2B, or fulfillment technology.
  • Desire to work with awesome people.
