Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Advanced Network Infrastructure Specialist to join our team at TEKsystems. This role will be responsible for developing and implementing end-to-end call flows, completing work orders, and providing documentation support for the launch of 5G services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement new call flows in each National Data Center (NDC) and in the Cloud Network (D2)
  • Develop and update call flows for services with new 5G element details in existing data centers
  • Complete work orders to support new routing and migrations, including coordinating implementation with PMO and IP Ops, and external partners
  • Perform and coordinate connectivity testing during maintenance windows
  • Follow-up and correct connectivity issues to completion
  • Lead and coordinate Development and deployment of Production Engineering Plans (PEP) with other engineering groups

Requirements:

  • 7+ years IP Network Engineering experience within a telecommunications environment
  • 5+ years experience working with, designing, and engineering call flows
  • 5+ years experience creating work orders and executing on new routing and migrations
  • Strong knowledge of network infrastructure and design principles
  • Excellent communication and project management skills
