About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Infrastructure Chaos Specialist to join our team at Scicom Infrastructure Services. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in chaos engineering and cloud computing, with expertise in designing and implementing chaos experiments to improve system resilience and reliability.

Responsibilities
- Design and develop comprehensive chaos engineering strategies to identify vulnerabilities in our cloud infrastructure and applications.
- Collaborate with development, operations, and QA teams to integrate chaos engineering practices into the CI/CD pipeline, promoting a culture of reliability and resilience.
- Utilize observability tools and practices to monitor and analyze system performance, providing actionable insights to teams on the impact of chaos experiments.
- Analyze results from chaos experiments to inform improvements in system design, architecture, and operational practices.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
- 5+ years of experience in software engineering, systems architecture, or related fields.
- Proven experience with chaos engineering principles and practices in cloud environments.
- Strong knowledge of cloud computing architectures (AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Proficiency in programming/scripting languages (Python, Go, Java, etc.) for automation of chaos experiments.
