Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish alignment with cross-functional client departments, including Validation, Manufacturing, Quality, Supply Chain, and Engineering.
  • Provide hands-on support and troubleshooting for clients navigating the engineering lifecycle of innovative equipment and manufacturing processes.
  • Conduct thorough assessments on system and subject domains to produce high-quality project deliverables.
  • Draft technical documentation such as SOPs, requirements specifications, testing protocols, and summary reports.
  • Implement system and process validation protocols adhering to GxP best practices.
  • Proactively identify and escalate challenges, utilizing critical thinking and problem-solving skills to devise creative solutions.
  • Contribute to and embody our Patient-Focused and People-First mission through engagement in professional development and philanthropic initiatives.
  • Foster meaningful internal and external relationships, presenting our services to clients as necessary.
Qualifications:

Education and Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Life Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent military experience.
A minimum of 1 year of experience in Project Engineering, Consulting, or a relevant industry.

Additional Requirements:

Covid Vaccination is mandatory prior to the start date, with exceptions for medical and religious accommodations when reasonable.
Full-time on-site client presence is required.
Willingness to travel up to 100% as needed to support project and business requirements.
