About the Role

Crimson Industries is seeking a skilled Mechanical Engineer to support our Data Centre project in Frankfurt, Germany. As a leading contractor, we require a talented individual to assist with the successful delivery of Mechanical systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare technical and contract documentation for distribution and review.
  • Monitor project progress and provide regular reports to stakeholders.
  • Create method statements and risk assessments to ensure project safety and efficiency.
  • Communicate and coordinate with clients, design team members, and contractors on technical matters.
  • Manage on-site technical inquiries and support the project team with mechanical engineering issues, including planning, testing, commissioning, and handover of project systems.
  • Plan, schedule, and oversee assigned engineering work and projects.
  • Compile bid, approval, and construction drawings.
  • Evaluate design effectiveness and process efficiency, making recommendations for improvement if necessary.
  • Estimate costs, reliability, and safety factors.
  • Develop specifications for parts.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Building Services Engineering.
  • Minimum of 4 years' experience in a similar role.
  • Experience working on Data Centre projects is a plus.
  • Proficient in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to work under strict deadlines.
  • Must have a valid UK or EU passport.
